What started simply as a greenhouse in the Fenton community over 50 years ago, has transformed into so much more! Jon created a vision and expanded Gerych’s with his team into a retail store, event design florist, full-service event and rental company and now an event venue!

Because the difficult challenges that COVID-19 has placed on hosting events, Gerych’s now offers four different event spaces available to rent for any occasion. We have been able to host bridal showers, baby showers, and intimate weddings that would have otherwise been postponed.

Step inside and check out our outdoor pergola that is ideal for ceremonies, or our studio that is perfect for corporate meetings. Looking for a bigger space? Look no further than our greenhouse that is ideal for weddings and dinner parties. Our newest space is our garden terrace can be utilized in additional to our greenhouse or a stand-alone space perfect for cocktail parties.

Ask us about our preferred caterers, and vendors, but you are welcome to bring in your own as well! We also can offer on-site parking, and of course plenty of other décor options available to rent such as: furniture, dance floors, and floral arrangements!

We are happy to work with you directly to design an amazing event catered to your specific needs and budget. Jon and the Gerych’s team have produced some of the largest events in the Detroit area and take pride in customizing events, whether big or small, extravagant or intimate!

Our beautiful Greenhouse is well known for hosting our Annual Afternoon Tea every year, but it doesn’t stop there. We have hosted weddings and other in-store events. This beautiful space is filled with a variety of plants for your guests to admire!
